Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the manufacturing or sale
of mixed feed in North or South Carolina or any person, firm or corporation
selling to or providing services to any feed manufacturer in either North
or South Carolina may become an active member of the association by applying
to the Secretary and agreeing to the Articles and By-Laws and paying the
necessary dues.
